探讨白内障超声乳化术后急性眼内炎的护理 |

摘要： 目的 探讨白内障超声乳化术后急性眼内炎的护理方法。方法 回顾性分析6眼白内障超声乳化术后急性眼内炎的治疗护理经过，并总结护理经验。结果 我院于1998年10月～2006年4月共做白内障超声乳化术7672眼，其中发生急性眼内炎6眼，发生率0.078%。经过玻璃体切除联合玻璃体腔注药术、全身和局部抗生素治疗，及护士及时的心理干预、用药护理、加强预防感染措施等，6眼白内障超声乳化术后急性眼内炎患者的视力得到不同程度改善，其中2眼为0.3～0.5，2眼为0.1～0.2，2眼为手动～0.1，无摘除眼球情况发生。病人对炎症控制效果及视力恢复情况均较为满意，无医疗纠纷发生。结论 白内障超声乳化术后急性眼内炎是白内障超声乳化术最为严重的并发症之一，及时、快速、有效的护理措施可以使病人积极地配合治疗护理，将不良后果降到最低限度，使病人视力得到最大限度的改善。

［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the nursing method of endophthalmitis after phacoemulsification.Methods Retrospective analysis of the nursing procedure of 6 endophthalmitis eyes after phacoemulsification,and nursing experiences were summarized.Results From Oct.1998 to Apr.2006,7672 eyes of cataract were performed phacoemulsification in our hospital,6 eyes were postoperative endophthalmitis,with an incidence of 0.078%.Treatment included vitrectomy,vitreous antibiotics injection,systemic and local antibiotic therapy.Through the combination of mental intervention,medicine care,and enforced infection prevention by nurse,visual acuity of the 6 eyes endophthalmitis were improved by different degree.Among them,2 eyes were 0.3～0.5,2 eyes were 0.1～0.2,the other 2 eyes were HM～0.1,no eyes were removed,and all patients were satisfied to the sight recovery and infection control.No medical disputation look place.Conclusion Acute endophthalmitis after phacoemulsification is one of the most severe complications in cataract surgery.Prompt and effective nursing therapy can make patients more cooperated,severe consequent be avoid mostly,and make it possible to recover the most of the visual acuity.
